Who processes payments
Polar (polar.sh) is the merchant of record for WrapMockup. Polar runs checkout, sales tax, receipts, and refunds. We do not see or store your card number.
Refunds
Reply to your Polar receipt or write to us within 14 days with the email you used at checkout. We refund the full amount through Polar to your original payment method. After a refund the license key stops working for new unlocks. See the refund policy.
What the files are
Concept proofs, not print files. Your wrap shop measures your vehicle and builds the final print file from the proof. The license covers use in your own business marketing. See the license.
