Privacy policy

WrapMockup makes vehicle wrap, yard sign, and door hanger concepts for trades businesses. Nichols Ventures in Missouri, USA, runs it.

What stays in your browser

Your business name, tagline, phone, website, colors, and logo stay in your browser. The concepts are drawn on your device. We save your last entries in your browser's local storage so they are there next time. They are not sent to us. Clear this site's data in your browser to remove them.

What we collect

No cookies. No ads or trackers. No accounts. We do not sell or share personal data.

Analytics

We run our own simple counter. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics script. When a page loads, your browser sends the page path and the host name of the site that linked you, such as google.com. We do not get the full link. When you click a buy button or finish a form or check, your browser sends the action name. We store daily totals: views per page, visits per referring site, and counts per action. We do not store your IP address, a cookie, or any ID. Visits from known bots are dropped. To drop repeat actions, a one-way hash of your IP address, the action, and the date sits in the Cloudflare cache for 10 minutes. It is never stored with the totals.

License keys

When you unlock clean files, your license key and the concept you picked go to our server. We check the key with Polar and send back a download pass that expires in 7 days. We do not store the key.

Payments

Polar runs checkout as the merchant of record. It sells you the license and handles payment, tax, receipts, and refunds. When you click a buy button, we send you to its checkout page. Polar collects your name, email, billing address, and card details there, under its own policy, and it may set its own cookies in that checkout. We never see your card number. Polar shares order details with us, such as your name, email, country, what you bought, and the business name you entered, so we can support your order. If we turn on order webhooks, our server receives those order details to confirm the sale. See the Polar privacy policy.

Hosting

Cloudflare hosts this site. To serve and protect it, Cloudflare processes your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. See the Cloudflare privacy policy. We do not keep our own request logs.

Email list

If you sign up for our email list, we store your email, the page you signed up on, your consent time, and a status (pending, confirmed, or unsubscribed) in Cloudflare storage. We first send one email with a confirmation link. We email you again only after you confirm. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works at once. We count signup attempts per IP address in the Cloudflare cache for up to two hours to stop abuse, and we do not store the IP address. We send email from [email protected]. We do not sell or share the list.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not collect their data on purpose.
