Box truck wrap cost: 2026 prices by truck length
Short answer. Shops that publish prices put a full box truck wrap at $5,000 to $10,000 or more. One Chicago shop lists $4,050 for a 12 ft box and $8,800 for a 26 ft box. Partial wraps on box trucks start at $1,500 to $2,800. Lettering starts at $1,000 for a 16 to 18 ft truck at that same shop.

Price by box length
Chicago Fleet Wraps prices each model by the square feet of film it needs. It says a 26 ft box carries about three and a half times the film of a regular cab pickup (>Chicago Fleet Wraps). Its model table shows how length drives the price:
| Truck | Box | Film area | Full wrap, 1 truck | Fleet of 25+ |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Isuzu NPR | 12 ft | 515 sq ft | $4,050 | $3,450 |
| Isuzu NPR | 14 ft | 595 sq ft | $4,650 | $3,950 |
| Isuzu NPR-HD | 16 ft | 675 sq ft | $5,300 | $4,500 |
| Freightliner MT45 | 18 ft | 775 sq ft | $6,100 | $5,200 |
| Isuzu NPR-XD | 20 ft | 835 sq ft | $6,550 | $5,550 |
| Hino 268 | 22 ft | 955 sq ft | $7,500 | $6,400 |
| Hino 338 | 24 ft | 1,055 sq ft | $8,300 | $7,050 |
| Isuzu FTR | 26 ft | 1,120 sq ft | $8,800 | $7,500 |
Source: >Chicago Fleet Wraps vehicle model prices, checked October 18, 2026. Prices include design, cast vinyl, and install. The same shop's >box truck page gives a range of $5,300 for a 16 ft truck up to $9,200 for a 26 ft truck.
At this shop, the 16 ft and 26 ft trucks both land near $7.85 per square foot of film (calculated: list price divided by film area). Price follows film area, not the value of the truck.

| Queen of Wraps (Salt Lake City, Reno, Las Vegas) | $5,000 to $10,000+ | $1,500 to $3,000 | Not listed for box trucks | >price guide |

Queen of Wraps calls its figures "planning ranges, not quotes." Wraptor lists every box truck package as quote required, because box length, height, and panel layout set the scope.
Full wrap, partial, or lettering on a box truck
Full wrap. Film on the cab and the whole box. Chicago Fleet Wraps says a full box truck wrap takes 2 to 4 business days (>box truck page).
Partial wrap. Printed graphics on part of the truck. Chicago Fleet Wraps puts box truck partials that cover areas such as the cab and rear doors at $2,800 to $4,800 (>box truck page). A common box truck partial prints the box sides and leaves the cab its factory color.
Lettering. Cut vinyl name, phone, website, and DOT numbers on a white box. It costs the least and reads clear on a clean white panel.
The box side has no windows or handles. That makes it the easiest panel in a small fleet to fill with a big name and phone number. If the budget is tight, a strong lettering layout on a white box beats a busy partial.
What drives the price up
- Box length and height. More film, more hours. The 26 ft box in the table needs more than two times the film of the 12 ft box.
- Rivets and roll-up doors. Chicago Fleet Wraps says riveted panels and roll-up doors need cast vinyl with post-heating on every rivet head (>box truck page).
- Vinyl grade. Queen of Wraps says budget vinyl can "start failing within a year or two," while installed cast vinyl lasts 5 to 7 years (>Queen of Wraps).
- Design work. USA Wrap Co says most shops charge $500 to $2,000 for custom design (>USA Wrap Co). Chicago Fleet Wraps includes design in its prices.
- Old graphics and repairs. Removal of old lettering and body repair add cost at the majority of shops.
- Fleet size. Chicago Fleet Wraps takes 3% off at 2 to 4 vehicles and 15% at 25 and up (>price table).
Lower the cost without losing calls
- Keep the box white and letter it. The name and phone carry most of the value.
- Print the rear door first. The roll-up door faces every driver behind you in traffic.
- Skip the roof. Nobody sees the top of a box truck from the street.
- Bring a finished layout. A shop spends fewer design hours when you arrive with the layout you want.
